In addition to selecting your main fabric, contrast welts and contrast throw pillows are available at no
additional charge.

Our Cottage Upholstery is constructed of 7/8" hardwood, guaranteed to last for years to come. All wood joints
are interlocked, glued, and reinforced with corner blocks. We used a newly designed "Drop-In Coil Unit"
which supplies our sofas and chairs with the most luxurious seating ever.

Sleeper units are available for all standard sofas, loveseats and chairs and a half. The Sleeper Mechanism has
cross wires in seat and shoulder section to prevent hammocking and help to eliminate crowning. The
mattress is a 5 inch 299 coil innerspring.

Our standard cushion features a 1.8 (HR) High Resiliency Foam, with a 10-year resiliency guarantee. We also
offer an upgraded Down cushion. The Spring Down Feather Blend Cushion is supported by a High Density
Foam with spring coils drilled into the foam surrounded by a "Featherbarrier" duvet cover.
